摘  要:为了实现对电液伺服系统进行节能、准确、快速的位置控制,提出了一种基于节能方法的非线性反演控制方法。通过对电液伺服系统的模型分析,明确了其结构及比例方向阀的动力学模型。对电液伺服系统位置控制过程中的节能方法进行分析,利用比例溢流阀的开启压力与泵压的关系,计算出理想的供给压力,通过该压力对比例溢流阀进行控制,达到节能的效果。设计反演控制器,求取电液伺服系统的正则形式,并通过其获取比例方向阀的理想输入电压,通过比例方向阀对执行机构进行调节,达到准确、快速的位置控制的效果。通过实验对所提方法的位置控制效果和节能效果进行了验证,实验结果显示,所提方法能够对电液伺服系统进行准确、快速的位置控制,同时控制过程中具有较少的能量损失,具有较好的节能及位置控制效果。In order to realize energy-saving,accurate and fast position control of electro-hydraulic servo system,a non-linear inversion control method based on energy-saving method is proposed in this paper.Through the model analysis of the electro-hydraulic servo system,the structure and the dynamic model of proportional directional valve are defined.The energy-saving method in the position control process of electro-hydraulic servo system is analyzed.The ideal supply pressure is calculated by using the relationship between the opening pressure of proportional relief valve and pump pressure.Through this pressure,the proportional relief valve is controlled to achieve energy-saving effect.The inverse controller is designed to obtain the regular form of the electro-hydraulic servo system and the ideal input voltage of the proportional directional valve.The actuator is adjusted by the proportional directional valve to achieve the effect of accurate and fast position control.The experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately and rapidly control the position of the electro-hydraulic servo system,with less energy loss in the control process,and has better energy-saving and position control effect.
