数控宏程序在二次曲面零件成形中的应用

摘　　要：通过对数控宏程序的特点和适合用数控宏程序加工的零件研究,以及对二次曲线曲面类零件的介绍,找到该类零件的成形及宏程序编程规律,并利用宏程序对二次曲面类零件进行编程与模拟加工,证明了利用宏程序编程能大大缩减程序长度,提高编程及加工效率,以及其在特定零件编程与加工中的重要性。Through the research on the characteristics of NC macro program and the parts suitable for processing with NC macro program,as well as the introduction of conic surface parts,the forming and macro program programming rules of this type of parts are found.And use the macro program to program and simulate the quadric surface parts.It is proved that the use of macro programming can greatly reduce the program length,improve the efficiency of programming and processing,and its importance in the programming and processing of specific parts.
