摘 要:目的探讨医院图书馆管理中人本管理的应用。方法选取2017年3月-2019年3月我院82名医院图书馆读者,随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组进行常规管理,研究组进行人本管理。比较两组读者管理满意度、管理质量,分析人本管理应用价值。结果研究组管理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组管理方式、藏书结构、问题解答等管理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医院图书馆管理中人本管理效果理想,可提高管理质量,读者满意度高,具有非常好的临床效果,有利于医院图书馆发展。Objective To explore the application of humanistic management in hospital library management.Methods 82 readers of hospital libraries in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group was routinely managed and the study group was managed by humans.Compare the management satisfaction and management quality of the two groups of readers and analyze the application value of human management.Results The management satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The management quality scores of the study group,library structure and problem solving were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The management of humanbased management in hospital library management is ideal,which can improve the quality of management and reader satisfaction,and has a very high clinical effect,which is conducive to the development of hospital libraries.
