摘  要:产教融合作为企业与职业教育的结合体,肩负着培养技术技能型人才的重任.随着校企产教融合的不断深入,高职院校各专业人才培养模式也发生相应转变,尤其使得自动化专业为适应企业的转型升级而做出创新性变革.研究基于深度产教融合的高职自动化专业人才培养模式,有利于提高人才培养质量,通过构建全方位的"多元育人"体系,可促进校企成果转化.As a combination of enterprise and vocational education,the integration of production and education shoulders the important task of cultivating skilled talents.With the continuous deepening of the integration of production and education,the training mode of professional talents in higher vocational colleges has also undergone corresponding changes,especially promotes the automation profession to adapt to the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise and make innovative changes.The research on the training mode of higher vocational automation majors based on the deep integration of production and education is conducive to improving the quality of talents training,and promoting the transformation of school-enterprise achievements through the construction of a comprehensive system of"multivariate education".
