摘  要:目的探讨在大班医学教学中“以学生为中心”的理念的可行性与教学效果。方法对不同年级的两个医学本科大班(每个班均超过200人)的外科总论教学中接入问题(PBL)与案例(CBL)教学模式(简称改良PBL)。考试采用开卷与闭卷相结合的形式。以学生的问卷调查作为评估内容,数据作统计学分析。结果学生评价与传统的大班教学方法(LBL)相比,该教学法在提高学生多种能力方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),受学生欢迎(总评P<0.01)。考试成绩方面分析题成绩与总成绩分数的分布上差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在大班医学教学中实施“以学生为中心”的理念可行有效。Objective To explore the feasibility and teaching effect of“student-centered”concept in large class medical teaching.Methods The Problem-based Learning(PBL)combined with Case-based Learning(CBL)teaching mode(abbreviated as improved PBL)was adopted in the teaching of general surgery in two large medical undergraduate classes of different grades(each class has more than 200 students).The combination of open and close book examination was conducted.The students’questionnaire survey was used as the evaluation content,and the data were analyzed statistically.Results Students’evaluation showed that compared with Lecture-based Learning(LBL)method,the teaching method of improved PBL had a significant difference in improving students’multiple abilities(P<0.01),and was welcomed by students(overall evaluation P<0.01).There was a significant difference in the distribution of the scores between the analysis questions score and the total score(P<0.01).Conclusion It is feasible and effective to implement the concept of“student-centered”in large class medical teaching.
