韩国职业教育与经济发展的耦合关系及对我国的启示

摘　　要：第二次世界大战以后的半个世纪,韩国经济实现飞跃式发展,缔造了世界范围内广为称道的"汉江奇迹",无论在工业、科技、国民教育与国民思想及道德素质上都得到大幅度提高,成为世界发达国家。在此期间,韩国职业教育作出了突出贡献,其专门大学在培养一代又一代人才的同时,也构建了与国家经济发展的明确耦合关系。首先以职业教育与经济发展的理论基础与现实依据开题,解读专门大学在韩国职业教育中的定位与作用,然后重点实证解析二者之间的耦合关系,并探讨它为我国发展高等职业教育所带来的有价值启示。In the half century after the Second World War,the economy of South Korean has achieved a leap-forward development,creating a worldwide acknowledged"Hanjiang Miracle".With its industry,science and technology,national education and national ideology and moral quality greatly improved,South Korea has become a developed country in the world.During this period,Korean vocational education has made outstanding contributions,and its specialized universities have built a clear coupling relationship with the national economic development while cultivating generations of talents.Beginning with the theoretical and practical foundations of vocational education and economic development,this article will firstly explain the positioning and role of specialized universities in Korean vocational education,then focus on the empirical analysis of the coupling relationship between the two,and explore its valuable enlightenment for the development of higher vocational education in China.
