摘  要:真菌多糖在国际上被称为“生物反应调节剂”,可以控制细胞的分裂分化,调节细胞生长衰老,具有提高免疫力、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、促进核酸和蛋白质的生物合成、修复损伤组织细胞等多种功效。在生物学、医学、药物学、食品科学等领域产生较大影响。不同食用菌栽培料对食用菌的产量、营养成分的含量均会产生影响,海藻渣是沿海城市的环境污染物之一,经相关分析,海藻渣所含成分适合食用菌的生长,可作为食用菌栽培料的辅料。The polysaccharide of fungus is called“biological reponse regulator”in the world,it can control the cell division and differentiation,regulate the cell aging,has the enhancement immunity,the anti-tumor,the anti-virus,promote the nucleic acid and the protein biosynthesis,repairs the damage tissue cell and so on many kinds of effect.In biology,medicine,food science and other fields have a greater impact.The yield and nutrient content of edible fungi were affected by different edible fungi cultivation materials.Seaweed residue is one of the environmental pollutants in coastal cities.Through correlation analysis,the composition of seaweed residue conforms to the growth of edible fungi and can be used as an uxiliary material for cultivation of edible fungi.
