摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育在呼吸内科住院医师规范化培训中的效果分析。方法选取2018年3月-2019年2月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院呼吸内科进行规范化培训的住院医师126名,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各63人。试验组完成正常培训的同时对患者进行健康教育,而对照组只进行正常培训。结果两组住院医师的理论考试成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但试验组住院医师各项能力的评分,包括病历书写及技能考核评分、临床能力考核评分,均高于对照组,尤其是医患沟通能力的评分(P<0.05)。结论对患者进行健康教育有助于住院医师对呼吸内科规范化培训内容的掌握及工作能力的提高,也有助于提升住院医师医患沟通的能力。Objective To evaluate the effect of health education in standardization training of respiratory medicine residents. Methods When the total of 126 residents joining respiratory department of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from March 2018 to February 2019, they were randomly divided into two groups, the experiment group and the control group( 63 of the experiment group and 63 of the control group). The experiment group completed the normal training and health education to patients, while the control group only completed normal training. Results There were no statistic deference of examination results within the two groups(P>0.05), but the residents of the experiment group did better than the residents of the control group in all ability score, including medical writing and skill examination score, clinical ability assessment score, especially of doctor-patient communication ability score, and the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The health education to patients has superiority in mastering respiratory medicine standardization training contents and improve work ability for residents, also helps to improve the ability of doctor-patient communication.
