摘　　要：借助海外数家大型现代化糖厂项目建设契机,通过多个生产周期对2种提汁设备的操作实践,深入对比分析了"渗出法-新型移动床渗出器"与"压榨法-传统大型压榨机"的各自优劣势。结果显示:新型移动床渗出器在明显提高甘蔗提汁抽出率的同时,还能大幅降低设备耗能、减少设备的制造和维护成本。To take advantage of the opportunity for several large-scale modernized overseas sugar factory projects, and through the operation practice of several production campaigns, the advantages and disadvantages of "diffusion method-new pattern moving bed diffuser" and "milling method-traditional heavy duty mills" were compared and analyzed. The conclusions showed that the new pattern moving bed diffuser could not only increase the juice extraction rate obviously, but also reduce the equipment energy consumption greatly, as well as save the equipment manufacturing and maintenance costs.
