摘  要:在新课改的号召和要求下,我国教育行业“双师型”教师队伍的建设,已经成为学校促进自身发展的有效途径之一。将产教结合的模式运用到学校的教育中,创新发展“双师型”教师队伍的建设途径,从完善管理体系、优化管理制度、建立管理平台、拓展人才来源途径等一系列手段,使学校“双师型”教师队伍的建设具有扎实的理论知识、丰富的实践能力、强大的技术手段,将学校培养人才、提高国家实力的目的全面实现。Under the call and requirement of the new curriculum reform,the construction of"double-qualified"teachers in the education industry of our country has become one of the effective ways for schools to promote their own development.The mode of combining production and education is applied to the education of schools,and a series of means,such as perfecting the management system,optimizing the management system,establishing the management platform and expanding the source of talents,are used to innovate and develop the construction ways of the"double-qualified"teacher team in the school,so that the"double-qualified"teacher team in the school can be"double-qualified"teachers.The construction of the school has solid theoretical knowledge,rich practical ability and powerful technical means,and the purpose of cultivating talents and improving the national strength of the school will be realized in an all-round way.
