摘  要:针对刮板输送机传动部减速器和电动机故障发生率较高以及故障识别、故障维护困难的问题,提出基于BP神经网络和D-S证据理论的智能故障诊断系统。给出传动部故障诊断模型,并根据理论设计对减速器智能故障诊断进行实例分析,结果表明,所设计的智能故障诊断系统能够提高故障识别精度、减少故障发生率。In order to solve the problems of high fault incidence,fault identification and fault maintenance of transmission reducer and motor of scraper conveyor,an intelligent fault diagnosis system based on BP neural network and D/S evidence theory is proposed.The fault diagnosis model of transmission part is given,and an example of intelligent fault diagnosis of reducer is analyzed according to the theoretical design.The results show that the designed intelligent fault diagnosis system can improve the accuracy of fault identification and reduce the incidence of fault.
