摘  要:针对掘进机在巷道掘进过程中出现履带打滑和淤泥堆积的问题,在分析造成上述问题原因的基础上,提出将履刺倾斜布置安装于履带的思路,并对优化后履带结构与地面附着力及其自动排淤功能进行验证,得出优化后的履带结构的强度及啮合力均能够满足实际生产需求的结论,为履带板结构的改进奠定了理论基础.In view of the problems of track skid and silt accumulation in roadway driving process of roadheader, on the basis of analyzing the causes of the above problems, this paper puts forward the idea of installing the inclined arrangement of the track on the track, the adhesion of the optimized track structure to the ground and its automatic desilting function are verified, and it is concluded that the strength and meshing force of the optimized track structure can meet the actual production requirements, which lays a theoretical foundation for the improvement of the track plate structure.
