摘　　要：地方本科院校已成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分。该文介绍了当前地方本科院校大学生创新创业教育的现状和开展创新创业教育的必要性,以及从政府顶层设计、社会打造空间、高校完善教育体系、学生主动参与四个方面对提高地方本科院校大学生创新创业能力进行了一些思考。Local Colleges and universities have become important parts of higher education in China.This paper introduces the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local Colleges and universities and the necessity of carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education.This paper also reflects on improving the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students in local colleges and universities from four aspects:top-level design of the government,social space building,the improvement of education system in Universities and the active participation of students.
