我国学校管理心理学学科发展历史及研究现状探析

摘　　要：学校管理与心理学的跨学科结合在学校建设中有重要作用,在已有研究中,对学校管理心理学的研究还不够全面、深入。本文总结了我国学校管理心理学学科发展的历史及研究主题的变迁,特别是近年来国内学校管理心理学研究的进展,分析了其中的不足,并对未来研究的主要发展方向做出展望。The interdisciplinary combination of school management and psychology plays an important role in the school construction.The existing research on the school management psychology is not comprehensive and in-depth.This paper summarizes the history of the development of school management psychology in China and the changes of research topics,especially the progress of school management psychology research in recent years,analyzes its shortcomings,and makes prospects for the main development direction of future research.
