摘　　要：在植物细胞工程实验教学中,通过整合、优化和合理设计安排实验教学内容,建立了以四个综合性实验模块为主的实验教学体系,通过课堂内的基础性、综合性以及部分研究性实验与课堂外的研究性实验相结合等多种形式,组织实验教学,强化对学生实验过程中综合表现的考核评价,以研究论文形式总结实验结果,以期提高实验教学效果、学生创新能力与综合素质。Through integration, optimization and rational design of experimental teaching content,an experimental teaching system based on four comprehensive experimental modules is established.By combining basic and comprehensive research experiments in class with some research experiments after class, experimental teaching is organized in various forms to strengthen the assessment and evaluation of students’ comprehensive performance in the process of experimental research.And the experiment results are required to be written in the form of research papers,with a view to promoting the experimental teaching effect and enhancing students’ innovation ability and comprehensive quality.
