摘  要:以职业能力与素质培养为核心,探索构建了“四模块、六环节”实践教学体系。以农产品食品检验技能、营养指导与健康管理技能为核心技能优化实践教学内容体系;以加强师资队伍建设、数字化资源开发、实践基地建设为主要途径构建实践教学的保障体系;学校、企业共建实践教学管理体系、实践教学的职业素养、职业技能、综合能力评价体系。With the training of professional ability and quality as the core,the practice teaching system of"four modules and six links"has been explored and constructed.Optimization of practical teaching content system with the core skills of agricultural products food inspection,nutrition guidance and health management.To strengthen the construction of teaching staff,digital resources development,the construction of practice base as the main way to build the guarantee system of practice teaching.The management system of practical teaching jointly built by schools and enterprises,and the evaluation system of professional quality,professional skills and comprehensive ability of practical teaching.
