摘　　要：通科专业临床药师培训具有时间短、内容多的特点,结合培训基地带教实践,从学情调查和理论课教学方式两方面探讨如何提高通科专业临床药师培训效果,为临床药师通科培训带教提供参考。The training of general clinical pharmacists is characterized by a short time and many contents.Combined with the practice of teaching on the training base,this paper discusses how to improve the training effect of general clinical pharmacists from the aspects of learning situation investigation and theory course teaching so as to provide references for the teaching of general clinical pharmacist training.
