摘 要:为了探讨日照茶区松茶间作模式对‘黄金芽’幼苗生长变化规律以及品质的影响,本试验设置松茶间作及常规露天栽培两种模式,测定不同模式下的茶苗生长势、光合作用、叶色、日灼伤、新梢叶片生化成分等指标。结果表明,‘黄金芽’茶苗在松茶间作模式下的生长状况整体优于露天,其新梢叶片净光合速率、长度、百芽重以及株高、冠幅、基部茎粗等指标均高于露天,但新梢最早萌发期稍迟于露天,叶色黄化程度稍低于露天。栽种11个月后的茶苗成活率(74.5%)显著高于露天(14.6%)。同时,松茶间作茶苗新梢日光灼伤程度明显轻于露天,最高叶温(37.51℃)低于露天(43.13℃),且叶温超过35℃的时长也仅为露天的1/4。松茶间作模式下的‘黄金芽’新梢叶片水浸出物(45.66%)、茶多酚(18.33%)、酚氨比(5.75)显著高于露天,而游离氨基酸、咖啡碱含量与露天无显著差异。In order to study the effect of intercropping pattern of pine and tea on the growth and quality of Huangjinya tea seedlings in Rizhao area,the modes of intercropping and conventional outdoor cultivation were set.The growth potential,photosynthesis,leaf color,sunburn,biochemical components of new tea shoots were measured.The results showed that the growth of Huangjinya seedlings under the pine-tea intercropping mode was better than that of the control.The net photosynthetic rate of leaves,the length of new shoots,the weight of 100 buds,the plant height,the canopy width and the base stem diameter were all higher than those of the control.But the earliest germination time of the new shoots was later than CK,and the yellow degree of leaves was slightly lower.The survival rate of tea seedlings(74.5%)under intercropping mode was significantly higher compared with CK(14.6%)after planting for 11 months.At the same time,the degree of sunburn of new shoots under intercropping mode was significantly lighter than that of the control,and the highest leaf temperature(37.51℃)was lower than that of the control(43.13℃).The duration of leaf temperature over 35℃was only about 1/4 of that of the control.Under the intercropping mode of pine and tea,the water extract content(45.66%),the tea polyphenol(18.33%)and the phenol-ammonia ratio of the new tea shoots were significantly higher than those of the control,while the contents of free amino acids and caffeine were not significantly different compared the control.
