基础医学实验的“教”与“学”--线上线下混合式教学模式下的虚拟仿真实验教学项目建设

摘　　要：伴随现代医学研究和实践向技术化发展、向微观领域深入,专业过度分化和医学知识碎片化日趋显著。如何充分利用现代信息化技术,既考虑微观层面学习,又强调整体功能变化,将碎片化的研究数据和割裂的专业知识组装成有意义的临床思考甚至临床指导,高质量实施“卓越医生教育培养计划”,是医学教育者一直奋斗的目标。本文结合我院综合性基础医学实验虚拟仿真教学项目“基于脓毒症的医学实验方法学建立动物模型及流式技术”,在基础医学实验教学中将虚拟仿真实验、翻转课堂、实验综合设计等进行组合,全方位培养学生的动手能力、综合分析能力及批判性思维能力,力图打造真正具有创新潜能的整合型新型医学实验教学体系。Along with the technicalization and microscopic change of modern medical research and practice,excessive specialization and fragmental medical knowledge become increasingly significant.To make full use of modern information technology,not only considering the microcosmic side,but also emphasizing the overall functional changes and assembling the fragmented research data and professional knowledge into meaningful clinical thinking and even clinical guidance,medical educators strive for the goal of physician education and training program of excellence with high quality.In this paper,combining with the comprehensive basic experiment virtual simulation teaching project in Medical School of Nanjing University(The establishment of medical experimental methodology based on sepsis:animal model and flow cytometry),we put forward the combination of virtual simulation experiment,flipped classroom and comprehensive design of experiment in basic medical experimental teaching,so as to overall cultivate students’practical ability,synthesis analysis capability and critical thinking ability,and to build a new integrated medical experimental teaching system with true innovation potential.
