摘　　要：目的探讨高等医学院校如何才能更为有效地进行面向社会的标准化病人(standardized patients,SP)招募工作。方法在医学科普微信公众号上发布SP招募海报,请报名者在面试时填写调查问卷,进行描述性统计分析。结果共有168位报名者前来参加面试,有效填写问卷167份。年龄及职业的覆盖度较广。关于报名做SP的原因,58.68%的人表示想“助力医学教育”,57.49%的人希望“学习医学知识”。结论我校摸索出了面向社会招募SP的有效方法,为更好地发展和维系我校SP团队奠定了坚实的基础。Objective To explore how to recruit Standardized Patients(SP)from society more effectively.Methods The recruiting Poster was published on a WeChat official account focused on medical popular science.The applicants were required to answer a questionnaire when they participated in the interview.Descriptive analysis was applied.Results A total of 168 applicants came to the interview and 167 valid questionnaires were collected.There was a wide coverage of age and the applicants’occupations were many and varied.The applicants wanted to be SP because they wanted to assist in medical education(58.68%)and learn medical knowledge(57.49%).Conclusions We have tried an effective way to recruit SP from society,which laid a solid foundation for the better development and maintenance of the SP team.
