青少年轻中度近视患者配戴夜戴型角膜塑形镜后近视的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的研究青少年轻中度近视患者配戴夜戴型角膜塑形镜后的疗效及安全性。方法根据随机数字表法将2017年1月2日至2018年1月30日期间某院接收的青少年轻中度近视患者100例200眼分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组、观察组分别配戴框架眼镜、夜戴型角膜塑形镜。将2组青少年轻中度近视患者的裸眼视力、眼轴增长率、角膜曲率、屈光度以及并发症发生率进行比对。结果观察组青少年轻中度近视患者配镜1周内、1个月后、3个月后、6个月后、12个月后的裸眼视力水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者的眼轴增长量低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者配镜后的角膜水平曲率、垂直曲率和屈光度均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;观察组的并发症发生率为6.00%,与对照组12.00%比较,差异无统计学意义。结论配戴夜戴型角膜塑形镜可对青少年轻中度近视进行较好地控制,有助于裸眼视力的提高,矫正角膜曲率和屈光度,安全性与戴框架眼镜相当。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of night wear keratoplasty in adolescent patients with mild and moderate myopia.Methods According to the random number table method,100 cases of 200 eyes with mild and moderate myopia received by a hospital during January 2,2017 solstice,January 30,2018 were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases per group.The control group and observation group were respectively equipped with glasses and night-wear keratoplasty lens.The naked eye vision,axial growth rate,corneal curvature,diopter and complication rate of two groups of adolescent patients with mild and moderate myopia were compared.Results The level of naked eye vision in the observation group was higher than that in the control group within 1 week,after 1 month,after 3 months,after 6 months,after 12 months.The difference was statistically significant.The growth of ocular axis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The horizontal curvature,vertical curvature and diopter of the cornea in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant.The complication rate of the observation group was 6.00%,compared with 12.00% of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusions Wearing night-wear keratoscope could control the mild and moderate myopia of adolescents,improve the visual acuity of the naked eye,correct the corneal curvature and diopter,and it’s as safe as wearing glasses.
