基于微信平台的高职院校企业顶岗实习管理探究

摘　　要：介绍了顶岗实习管理中微信平台的应用优势,包括管理的模块化、团队的扁平化、评价的个性化。列举了微信平台在密切各方联系、优化实习环境、深化校企合作等方面的应用优势。结合顶岗实习管理经验,分别从建立长效服务机制、重视管理队伍建设等方面就进一步优化顶岗实习管理中微信平台的应用价值展开了分析。This paper introduces the application advantages of Wechat platform in internship management,including the modularization of management,the flattening of team and the individualization of evaluation,and enumerates the application advantages of Wechat platform in the aspects of close contact between all parties,optimization of internship environment and deepening the cooperation between school and enterprise.Combined with the experience of internship management,it respectively focuses on the establishment of long-term service mechanism and the construction of management team This paper analyzes the application value of Wechat platform in further optimizing internship management.
