摘　　要：南京铁道职业技术学院与南京地铁运营有限责任公司积极构建基于现代学徒制的城市轨道交通通信信号技术专业人才培养体系,以培养学生的"工匠精神""职业素养"和"职业核心能力"。文章首先介绍了基于现代学徒制理念的人才培养实践过程,在实践过程中,校企共建了"双主体"协同育人机制,制定了基于现代学徒制特点的人才培养制度、招生制度、学生管理制度、校企双导师制度;其次,介绍了现代学徒制运行成效,包括学生培养质量的提升、教师业务能力的提升、实训基地的共建;最后,分析了现代学制在实践过程中遇到的"瓶颈"问题并提出了解决方案。The Nanjing Iinstitute of Rrailway Ttechnology and Nanjing Mmetro Ooperation co. LTD have been actively constructing talentcultivation system of urban rail transit communication signal technology major based on modern apprenticeships, which aims at cultivating students’ "craftsman spirit", "professional quality" and "career core competence". Firstly, the practice process of talent training based on the concept of modern apprenticeship is introduced. In the process of practice, school-enterprise cooperation has established the "dual subject" cooperative education mechanism and formulated the talent training system, enrollment system, student management system and school-enterprise dual tutor system based on the characteristics of modern apprenticeship system. Secondly, the operation effect of modern apprenticeship system, which includes the improvement of student training quality, the improvement of teachers’ professional ability and the co-construction of training base is introduced. Finally, the bottleneck in the practice of modern apprenticeship is analyzed and some solutions are put forward.
