甲醛与新制氢氧化铜反应实验的商榷及思考

摘　　要：利用SPSS21.0软件设计正交实验探讨甲醛与新制氢氧化铜反应的最佳条件,并在此条件下运用化学方法进行产物分析,得出主要产物为Cu,HCOONa,H2和H2O,副产物为Cu2O的结论。研究从明确实验条件、分析实验产物等方面提供了实验探究的样例。The optimum conditions for the reaction of formaldehyde with new copper hydroxide are studied by orthogonal experiment, which is designed by SPSS21.0 software. And under these conditions, chemical methods are used for product analysis, drawing conclusions that the main products of the reaction are copper, sodium formate, hydrogen and water, and the cuprous oxide is by-product. The study provides examples of scientific inquiry from the aspects of defining experimental conditions and analyzing experimental products.
