摘 要:当前,青少年思想政治教育方面存在着知行脱节严重、忽视学生主体性作用等问题。王阳明的思想,虽然有其局限,但"知行合一"思想却是一个重要的哲学问题,所体现的"知为行先,以知导行""知中有行,行中有知""知行转化"等内涵理念,对目前青少年的思想政治教育具有一定的指导意义。可通过理论联系实际、重视言传身教、建设师资队伍、增强学生道德意识、加强自我管理、发挥独立自主等方法,把王阳明的"知行合一"思想运用到青少年思想政治教育过程中,实现青少年思想政治教育素养的提高。At present, there are problems in the ideological and political education of young people, such as serious disconnects between knowledge and practice, and neglect of the subjective role of students. Although Wang Yangming’s thoughts have their limitations, the idea of"integration of knowledge and conduct"is an important philosophical issue. Knowing the principle of"being first, knowing the line","having knowledge in the line, knowing in the line"and"transforming the line of knowledge"has certain guiding significance for the current ideological and political education of young people. We can apply Wang Yangming’s"integration of knowing and doing"to the process of youth ideological and political education through the theory of connecting with reality, attaching importance to words and deeds, building a faculty, enhancing students’ moral awareness,strengthening self-management, and exerting independence for the improvement of educational literacy.
