摘 要:采用单组前后测的方法,对案例高职学院领导者招生管理理念与该校招生效果之间的因果关系进行了前实验研究。经过四年的干预实验,发现案例学校生源数量增长显著;生源质量没有显著提升;生源结构有一定的优化,但优化不显著。招生管理理念的转变能够使该校招生效果发生积极变化,其哲学基础应建立在Y理论之上,对教师的人性采取"自我实现人"假设,为教师在招生宣传上实现自身价值提供良好的平台。Based on the background of the transition of leaders’ idea of recruitment management at college under observation, which adopts single-group pre/post-test design, has carried out a pre-experimental research about the cause-result relationship between leaders’ idea of recruitment management and recruitment performance. After four-year-intervention, we found that the number of freshmen has increased significantly;the quality of freshmen has scarcely improved;and the constitution of freshmen has optimized to some extent, but the optimization is not significant. On the whole, the transition of leaders’ idea of recruitment management could improve the recruitment performance at case college. We hold that leaders’ philosophical foundations of recruitment management should keep being based on Theory Y, and adopt "self-actualization assumption" to teachers’ nature, to support a better platform for them to achieve self-worth in the respect of recruitment.
