摘　　要：船舶上业务人员从事气象观测由目测观测和仪器观测组成。文章阐述了观测目测法和仪器观测法在航海气象课程教学中的实践应用,为培养和提高海员在海上航行时观测天气现象和规避气象灾害的能力提供参考。The meteorological observation made by the ship's personnel is composed of visual observation and instrument observation.This paper expounds the practical application of visual observation and instrumental observation in the teaching of Marine Meteorology.It provides a reference for the training and improvement of seafarers'ability to observe weather phenomena and avoid meteorological disasters during sea voyage.
