摘 要:基于一台匹配四缸自然吸气PFI发动机与5挡手动变速箱的国六排放标准的车辆,基于WLTC工况研究了驾驶风格对排放的影响,重点分析了对PN排放的影响。试验结果表明:因受到三元催化器的催化转化作用,气体排放物尾排水平与驾驶风格的关联强度弱化,整个试验结果未见明显差异;PN排放受驾驶风格的影响较大,主要表现在PN排放峰值差异区域集中中高速区段的高挡位升挡加速工况,在相对稳定的工况下,PN排放水平较低;不同换挡操作过程中对油门踏板的控制差异性对PN影响较大,最大增幅为39.9%。Based on a vehicle equipped with four-cylinder naturally aspirated PFI engine and 5-gear manual transmission, the influence of driving style on emissions is studied based on wltc working condition. The test results show that, the correlation strength between tailpipe level of exhaust gas emissions and driving behaviour is weakened, which dues to the catalytic conversion effect of the three-way catalytic converter, and there is no significant difference in the whole test results, PN emissions are greatly affected by driving style, which is mainly reflected in the high gear upshift and acceleration conditions in the high-speed section with the concentration of PN emission peak difference area, and in the stable working conditions, PN emissions level is low. The difference of control of accelerator pedal in different shift operation has a great influence on PN emission, with a maximum increase of 39.9%.
