摘　　要：目的:探讨抑郁障碍青少年对所接受的家庭治疗中起效因素的主观体验。方法:采用定性研究方法,对13名接受了家庭治疗的抑郁障碍青少年患者进行深度访谈,以主题分析构建主题框架。结果:抑郁青少年所接受家庭治疗的起效因素包括影响治疗关系契合的因素、治疗师的系统态度、系统治疗方向、有效的系统治疗技术、处理现实议题。结论:本研究归纳所得的抑郁青少年家庭治疗的起效因素,可为临床中针对青少年抑郁障碍有效家庭治疗策略的制定提供参考。Objective:To explore subjective experience about therapeutic effecting factors of family therapy in adolescents with depression.Methods:Totally 13 adolescents with depression were interviewed after family therapy sessions were completed.Thematic analysis was conducted to identify the effecting factors that they identified as helpful during therapy process.Results:What depressed identified as effective included factors effecting the rapport of therapeutic relationship,therapist’s systemic attitude,systemic therapy direction,effective systemic therapy technique and dealing with current issues.Conclusion:The factors identified by adolescents with depression as useful in this study could provide potential reference and implication for the designing of effective family therapy strategies for adolescents with depression.
