摘  要:帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)是常见的神经退行性疾病,近年研究发现多不饱和脂肪酸及其经细胞色素P450(cytochrome P450,CYP450)途径的代谢产物参与PD的病理生理过程。大脑中环氧二十碳三烯酸(EETs)、可溶性环氧水解酶(she)水平可影响多巴胺神经元的功能,高多不饱和脂肪酸摄入对降低PD风险有益。CYP450通过影响多巴胺的合成过程、基因的协调作用以影响帕金森病药物的代谢过程对脑内多巴胺水平具有一定的影响。本文就帕金森病与多不饱和脂肪酸经CYP450代谢途径相关研究进行综述。Parkinson’s disease(PD)is a common neurodegenerative disease.Recent studies have found that polyunsaturated fatty acids and their products metabolized by the cytochrome P450 pathway are involved in the pathological and physiological processes of PD.Levels of epoxyeicosatrienoic acids(EETs)and soluble epoxide hydrolase(sEH)in the brain can affect the function of dopamine neurons,and higher polyunsaturated fatty acid intake is beneficial for reducing PD risk.CYP450 affects the metabolic process of Parkinson’s drugs by affecting the synthesis of dopamine and the coordination of genes,which has a certain effect on the level of dopamine in the brain.This article reviews the research on Parkinson’s disease and polyunsaturated fatty acids via the CYP450 metabolic pathway.
