摘　　要：探讨如何提高中药学本科人才培养质量的问题,总结分析某工业大学经验做法,提出根据工科院校人才培养特点,对中药学人才培养模型进行改革创新,构建应用型中药制药人才培养模式,修订人才培养目标,制定人才培养方案,为工科院校中药学专业探索一个既掌握中医药理论,更能满足企业需求的复合型、高素质、创新能力强的中药学专业人才培养的新模式.In order to improve the quality of undergraduate talent training in traditional Chinese pharmacology,Zhejiang University of Technology reforms the training model,training objectives and training programs of traditional Chinese pharmacology talents.A model of cultivating traditional Chinese pharmacology talents who master the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and better meet the needs of enterprises is explored.
