高职院校基于研发外包的校企合作研究与实践

摘　　要：现代企业为降低成本、提高效率,产生将研究与开发工作外包的需求,而高职院校为了实现自身更好的发展,也希望与企业进行校企合作,培养高层次、创新性人才。但高职院校基于研发外包服务的校企合作始终有“模式单一、深度不够、难以持续发展”等问题,我校通过与工程机械行业企业深度合作,对研发外包服务内容,合作模式,运行机制、研发创新团队建设、学生研发人才培养等方面进行了实践探索,取得了显著的经济与社会效益,为高职院校深入发展产教融合、校企研发外包合作提供了经验。In order to reduce costs and improve efficiency,modern enterprises have generated the need to outsource research and development work,in order to achieve better development,higher vocational schools also hope to cooperate with enterprises to cultivate high-level and innovative talents.However,the cooperation between schools and enterprises based on R&D outsourcing services in higher vocational colleges has always had problems such as"single model,insufficient depth,and difficulty in sustainable development",through in-depth cooperation with construction machinery industry enterprises,our school has conducted practical explorations on the content of R&D outsourcing services,cooperation mode,operation mechanism,R&D innovation team building,and cultivation of student R&D talents,obtained significant economic and social benefits,and provided experience for higher vocational colleges to further develop the integration of industry and education,as well as cooperation between school and enterprise R&D outsourcing.
