摘 要:新时代下,健康行业受到高度重视,医药人才需求也日益提高。如何提高药学专业大学生专业认同感成为研究的热点,因此我们对某中医药大学药学类专业抽取一定人数随机发放调查问卷进行专业认同感问卷调查,发现药学专业大学生整体认同感总体处于中等水平,其中专业认同感对药学专业影响相对较大,药学类专业大学生的专业认同感随父母受教育的程度呈上升趋势。为了使学生对专业有更清晰的认识、更准确的定位、更清晰的职业规划,探讨在新时代下提高药学类学生专业认同感的对策。In the new era,health industry has been attached great importance,and the demand for medical talents is increasing.How to improve the professional identity of students majoring in forehead pharmacy has become a research hotspot.Therefore,we randomly distributed questionnaires to a certain number of students majoring in pharmacy in a university of traditional Chinese medicine.We found that the overall identity of students majoring in pharmacy is at a medium level.Among them,the professional identity has a relatively greater impact on the pharmacy specialty.Pharmaceutical specialty college students’professional identity tends to increase with their parents’educational level.In order to make students have a clearer understanding of the major,a more accurate orientation and a clearer career planning,this paper explores the countermeasures to improve the professional identity of pharmaceutical students in the new era.
