简论思政课教师的事业心

摘　　要：习近平总书记指出:“办好思想政治理论课关键在教师。”思政课教师既要有职业心,更要有事业心。思政课教师首先要增强干事创业的责任自觉,以传播习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为己任;其次要注重追求思想政治理论教育事业的内在价值,以对思想政治理论教育事业的热爱为干事创业的动机,正确处理个人与国家、个人与社会、个人与人民的关系,正确处理精神追求与物质享受的关系,真正做到“敬业”“乐业”;再次要坚持干事创业的能力本位,特别是要不断提升科学性与政治性辩证统一的能力、准确传播科学思想的能力、释疑解惑与回应社会现实的能力、正面教育与理性引导的能力,以及对学生的道德感召能力、启发学生思考重大问题的能力等。General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that“the key to running ideological and political theory courses is teachers”.Teachers of ideological and political courses should have both professional and career spirit.First of all,they should strengthen the sense of responsibility and career spirit,and take the dissemination of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era as their duty;second,they should pursue the intrinsic value of ideological and political theory education,take the love for ideological and political theory education as the career motivation,correctly handle the relationship between individuals and the country,individuals and society,individuals and people,and the relationship between spiritual pursuit and material enjoyment,truly“commit to the career”and“work happily”;moreover,they should adhere to the ability standard,especially the ability to constantly improve the dialectical unity of science and politics,the ability to accurately spread scientific ideas,the ability to solve doubts and respond to social reality,the ability of positive education and rational guidance,the ability to summon and inspire students to think about major issues.
