摘　　要：高校思政教师作为中国社会主义接班人的伟大引领者,也是党和国家在思想政治建设连接高校的重要纽带,思政课教师自身的政治修养是决定高校政治建设是否高效和正确的基础。可以说,思政教师自身的政治素质决定者教学质量与政治方向的正确性,同时,决定着高校的思想环境的先进性。新时代高校思政课教师的自身政治修养决定了高校思政教育的效果。College ideological and political teachers are viewed as the great leaders of the successors of Chinese socialism,as well as the important link between the party and the country in college ideological and political construction.It can be said that the political quality of ideological and political teachers determines teaching quality and the correctness of political direction,and determines the advancement of the ideological environment on campus.The political accomplishment of ideological and political teachers in the new era determines the effect of college ideological and political education.
