摘  要:为深入研究飞机空调系统的空气循环机性能,了解其动态变化规律,建立发动机压气机、压力调节与预冷系统、空气循环机等模型。通过AMESim-Simulink联合的方式实现仿真,研究在不同的飞行任务剖面中,空气循环机的制冷量、发动机冲压功、发动机压缩功三个参数变化规律,并分析参数变化对空气循环机性能系数(Coefficient of Performance,COP)的影响。通过仿真结果可以更好地了解飞行任务剖面中空气循环机的性能动态变化规律,对飞机空调系统的优化和设计有重要意义。In order to study the performance of air cycle machine of aircraft air conditioning system and understand its dynamic change law,this paper establishes the models of the engine compressor,the pressure regulation and precooling system,and the air cycle machine.The simulation was realized by AMESim-Simulink joint method.The change laws of three parameters of the air cycle machine cooling capacity,engine stamping work and engine compression work,were studied in different flight mission profiles.And we analyzed the influence of parameter changes on the coefficient of performance(COP)of the air cycle machine.The simulation results can better understand the dynamic performance of the air cycle machine in the mission profile,which is of great significance to the optimization and design of the air conditioning system.
