摘 要:真菌毒素污染已成为中药材与饮片安全性重点关注的问题,加强对真菌毒素的控制,是提升中药材与饮片安全性的质控手段。目前,国内外普遍采用HPLC、HPLC-MS等检测法控制中药材与饮片的真菌毒素。随着检测技术方法的多样化,酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法作为一种快速、简便、高通量的免疫学检测技术日益用于真菌毒素的检测。本文通过ELISA法和HPLC法比对,探讨ELISA法检测中药材与饮片真菌毒素的可行性,以及在实际应用中应考虑的问题,并就未来应用前景进行论述。Mycotoxin pollution has become a key safety concern of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and Chinese herbal pieces.It is important to improve the quality control of TCM and Chinese herbal pieces through strengthening the control of mycotoxin.At present,HPLC,HPLC-MS and other detection techniques have been used for the control of mycotoxins in TCM and Chinese herbal pieces.With the diversification of detection methods,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),as a rapid,simple and high-throughput immunology test method,has been increasingly used for mycotoxin detection.In this paper,the possibility for the usage of ELISA in the detection of mycotoxins in TCM and Chinese herbal pieces has been discussed by comparing with HPLC.Meanwhile considerations are put forward on the practical application of ELSIA and its future development.
