摘　　要：孔子的“和而不同”思想是在继承春秋时期“和同之辨”基础上形成的,这一思想内涵丰富,具有多重意蕴。其政治智慧、处世原则和人生境界、哲学观念、普遍的方法论、文化观、宽容精神等思想观念,对于实现人与人、人与社会以及国家之间、民族之间的和谐共处、文明互鉴具有重要意义,对构建人类命运共同体和促进世界和平发展意义重大。Confucius’thought of“harmony in diversity”was formed,based upon the thought of“debate for harmony and sameness”in the Spring and Autumn Period.The thought of“harmony in diversity”is rich in connotation and has multiple meanings.Its political wisdom,principle of life,realm of life,philosophical concepts,universal methodology,cultural perspectives and the spirit of tolerance and so on,are all of great significance for the realization of harmonious coexistence between people,between people and society,as well as between nations and nations,and the mutual learning of civilizations.They are also of great significance for the construction of a community with a shared future for the mankind and the promotion of the world peace and development.
