摘 要:本文采用文献资料法阐述与详细分析了由美国佐治亚州立大学运动和健康学院的教授迈克尔.W.麦茨勒等人于2013年倡导和发起的作为促进美国学校体育变革与发展的课程模式,Health Optimizing Physical Education(简称HOPE)即健康优化体育。通过对健康优化体育的相关文献进行整理,对HOPE提出进行思路考察,并采用逻辑分析法和比较分析法对HOPE提出的背景与依据、理论基础、目标及实施程序等进行归纳、概括。其对我国体育课程模式改革有如下启示:体育课程目标应注重对校外生活的研究;课程理论基础应更关注对社会环境的研究;课程具体设计应考虑学校体育、家庭体育与社区体育的整合研究。Health Optimizing Physical Education(HOPE)was advocated and launched in 2013 by the professor Michael W.Metzler who worked in the Department of Kinesiology and Health at Georgia State University in Atlanta.The article usesthe literature method to interpret Health Optimizing Physical Education(referred to as"HOPE").Using comparative and logic method to analyze and compare the theoretical foundation and target of HOPE,the author try to enlightenment for the reform of physical education curriculum in China.Revelations as follows:we should pay attention to the social environment of physical education curriculum,understand the students sports behavior changes from various angles;when we design the physical education course,we should consider integrated research about school sports,family sports and community sports.
