摘　　要：通识教育是学生职业发展的重要保证,学生职业发展能力是通识教育目标的重要内容,两者相辅相成,相互促进。高职院校应通过设置合理的通识教育目标、课程设置、运行机制、测评体系并保障师资建设,构建出理想的高职通识教育模式,以促进学生的职业发展。The general education is an important guarantee for the students’career development.The ability of the students’career development is one of the most important goals of the general education.They complement each other and promote each other.Vocational colleges should set up reasonable general education objectives,curriculum setting,operation mechanism,evaluation system and guarantee the construction of teachers,to construct an ideal general education model which should promote the ability of the students’career development.
