摘 要:随着微电网技术的发展和电力市场主体多样性的提高,微电网的投资权和经营权逐渐存在分离的情况。针对微电网投资决策主体与运营决策主体不一致的情形,基于主从博弈理论建立微电网优化配置模型。其中主体博弈者为微电网投资决策者,以微电网设备投资方案为博弈策略,以最小化综合投资成本为博弈目标;以微电网运营决策者为从体博弈者,以给定微电网配置方案下的系统优化运行计划为博弈策略,以最小化系统综合运行成本最小构成博弈的支付。分析得到模型的Nash均衡并采用混沌粒子群算法分别设计模型的主体模块和从体模块求解流程。仿真算例表明,所建立的主从博弈模型能够适用于微电网投资主体和经营主体分离下的微电网优化配置问题。研究成果可用于指导工程实践。With development of microgrid technology and diversity improvement of players in power market,the investment and management rights of microgrid are gradually separated.In view of the inconsistency between investment and operation decision-makers of microgrid,an optimal allocation model was established based on leader-followers game theory.The leader player was the microgrid investment decision-maker.Taking the investment scheme of microgrid equipment as game strategy,the goal of the game was to minimize the comprehensive investment cost.Taking the decision maker of microgrid operation as the follower player and the optimal operation plan of the system under the given configuration scheme of microgrid as the game strategy,the payment of the game was established by minimizing comprehensive operation cost of system.The Nash equilibrium of model was analyzed,and the solving procedure of the main and follow module were designed by using chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm.The simulation example shows that the leader-followers game model can be applied to the optimal allocation of microgrid under the separation of investment and operation entities.The research results can be guided to project practice.
