摘　　要：患者隐私权、知情同意权、自主权是护理伦理学尊重原则的重要体现,在护理工作中具有重要的实践意义。采用历史文献法、比较研究法和案例分析法,总结了中外护理伦理学的发展历程,阐述了相关概念,梳理了相关法律法规,并通过对护理实践中的典型案例进行深入分析,提出了护理伦理实践中的主要问题和困惑,为护士如何规避和防范护患纠纷提供了方法和建议,并为更好地尊重和保护患者权益提出了思路及对策。Patient’s right to privacy,informed consent and autonomy are important embodiment of the respect principles in nursing ethics,which have important practical significance in nursing work.The historical literature method,comparative research method and case analysis method were used to summarize the development history of nursing ethics in domestic and overseas,expound related concepts,and sort out related laws and regulations.Through in-depth analysis of typical cases in nursing practice,the main problems and puzzles in nursing ethics practice were proposed.It provided some methods and suggestions for nurses to avoid and prevent nurse-patient disputes,and put forward some ideas and countermeasures for better respect and protection patients’rights and interests.
