摘 要:目的调查四川省小麦中真菌毒素的污染情况。方法采集157份四川省当年新收获的小麦样品,用同位素稀释-液质联用法检测15种真菌毒素。结果样品中检出脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇和玉米赤霉烯酮2种真菌毒素,平均含量分别为172μg/kg和39.6μg/kg,超标率分别为4.4%和14.6%。结论四川地区新收获的小麦样品中真菌毒素污染以脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇和玉米赤霉烯酮为主,川东北地区小麦污染水平较四川其他小麦产区高。Objective To investigate the natural occurrence of mycotoxins in wheat kernel samples from Sichuan in 2018.Methods A total of 157 freshly harvested wheat kernel samples collected from Sichuan province in 2018 were analyzed for 15 mycotoxins by liquid chromatography-isotope dilution mass spectrometry. Results Deoxynivalenol(DON) and zearalenone(ZEN)were detected from wheat kernel samples. The average content of DON and ZEN in wheat kernel samples was 172μg/kg and39.6μg/kg;the over-standard rate was 4.4% and 14.6%, respectively. Conclusion DON and ZEN were the primary mycotoxins contaminating freshly harvested wheat kernel samples from Sichuan in 2018.The DON and ZEN contamination levels were higher in wheat kernel samples from northeastern Sichuan than in those from others wheat-growing regions in Sichuan.
