摘  要:以社会交换理论与特质激活理论为依托,验证上下级关系与心理特权在两者间的多重链式中介效应。运用Bootstrap法分析数据发现:谦卑型领导能有效诱发越轨创新行为;上下级关系与心理特权在两者间发挥链式中介作用,并且心理特权的单独中介作用强于上下级关系。Based on social exchange theory and trait activation theory, this paper examines the influence of humble leadership on employees’ creative deviance, and discusses the multiple chain mediating effect of supervisor-subordinate Guanxi and psychological entitlement on the relationship between them. Based on the analysis of questionnaire data by Bootstrap method, result shows that firstly,humble leadership could significantly promote employees’ creative deviance;secondly,supervisor-subordinate Guanxi and psychological entitlement played a chain mediating role between humble leadership and employees’ creative deviance;thirdly,the mediating effect of psychological entitlement was higher than supervisor-subordinate Guanxi.
