摘 要:为更好的提高车辆行驶平顺性和舒适性,结合模糊理论和PID控制方法提出了参数自调整模糊PID控制策略。建立了1/4车辆四自由度“车-椅-人”悬架系统模型,运用MATLAB中Simulink模块搭建了系统控制框图,接着选取某车型参数进行了运动仿真。讨论了随机激励下分别以车身控制、座椅控制和集成控制方法的人体加速度、座椅加速度、车身加速度、悬架动挠度和车轮动载荷等评价指标,对比分析了集成控制策略的优越性。分析结果表明采用该控制方法后车辆的行驶平顺性和操纵稳定性得到了明显的改善。In order to improve the vehicle ride comfort,a parameter self-adjusting fuzzy PID strategy is proposed by using the fuzzy theory and PID control method in this paper.The four-DOF"vehicle-seat-body"suspension model of 1/4 vehicle is established;the system control block diagram is set up in the MATLAB/Simulink module;and then the movement simulation is carried out by selecting some vehicle model parameters.The evaluation indexes such as the body acceleration,seat acceleration,vehicle body acceleration,suspension deflection response and the tire load response under random excitation with the body control,seat control and integrated control methods are discussed respectively;thus advantages of the integrated control strategy are compared and analyzed.The analysis results show that the vehicle ride comfort and handling stability have been improved significantly.
