摘 要:通过测定不同Pb^2+浓度下节旋藻的生理响应,探讨Pb^2+对节旋藻生理特性的影响及节旋藻对重金属Pb^2+的吸附效应。结果表明,Pb^2+对节旋藻形态与生理特性具有显著影响;当水环境中Pb^2+浓度为50 mg/L时,对节旋藻的生长具有明显的抑制作用,此时藻体内的藻胆蛋白、叶绿素a和类胡萝卜素含量都出现最低值,并且藻蓝蛋白对Pb^2+浓度变化的生理反应比别藻蓝蛋白更为敏感。节旋藻对Pb^2+的吸附量大致与Pb^2+浓度呈正相关,但在40~50 mg/L时吸附量急剧增加;吸附率大致与Pb^2+浓度呈负相关,但在40 mg/L时吸附率急剧增加。可见,节旋藻作为处理废水中重金属Pb^2+的生物吸附剂时,其吸附效应与节旋藻的生理状态及Pb^2+浓度有很大关系,对节旋藻吸附重金属Pb^2+的初步研究为节旋藻作为生物吸附剂的广泛应用提供理论基础。This study explored the effects of Pb^2+on the physiological characteristics of Arthrospira sp.and the adsorption effect of Arthrospira sp.on Pb^2+by measuring the physiological response of Arthrospira sp.under different concentrations of Pb^2+.The results showed that Pb^2+had significant effects on the morphological and physiological characteristics of Arthrospira sp..When the concentration of Pb^2+in the water environment was 50 mg/L,it had a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of Arthrospira sp..The phycobiliprotein,chlorophyll a and carotene content had the lowest value,and the physiological response of phycocyanin to changes in Pb^2+concentration was more sensitive than that of allophycocyanin.The adsorption amount of Arthrospira sp.to Pb^2+was approximately positively correlated with the concentration of Pb^2+,but the adsorption amount increased sharply at 30-50 mg/L.The adsorption rate was roughly negatively correlated with the concentration of Pb^2+,but the adsorption rate increased sharply at 40 mg/L.It can be seen that when Arthrospira sp.was used as a bio-adsorbent for the treatment of heavy metal Pb^2+in wastewater,its adsorption effect had a strong relationship with the physiological state and Pb^2+concentration of Arthrospira sp..The preliminary study on the adsorption of heavy metal Pb^2+by Arthrospira sp.provide a theoretical basis for the widespread application as bio-adsorbent of Arthrospira sp..
