摘　　要：近年来,我国对种子科学与工程专业创新型人才需求量很大。吉林农业科技学院作为地方农业类本科高校,根据种子科学与工程专业的特征特性,从教学内容到教学平台,从课程建设到实践教学,制订了与专业相对应的创新型人才培养方案,构建了更加完善的创新型人才培养体系,以满足当今涉农企事业用人单位对人才的需求。In recent years,there is a great demand for innovative talents in seed science and engineering in China.Jilin Agricultural Science and Technology University,as a local agricultural undergraduate university,has worked out an innovative talent training scheme corresponding to the major,and has constructed a more perfect innovative talent training system,according to the characteristics of seed science and engineering specialty,from teaching content to teaching platform,from curriculum construction to practical teaching,so as to meet the current demand for talents in agricultural enterprises and institutions.
