摘  要:对分离自植物Sapium ellipticum的新鲜叶片内生真菌Penicillium tropicum的发酵产物化学成分进行研究。对该菌株进行大米固体发酵培养,并用乙酸乙酯提取发酵产物;用多种柱色谱技术分离纯化出单体化合物;用多种光谱技术对单体化合物的结构进行了鉴定;并用微量稀释法测试了化合物抑菌活性。结论是,从该菌株发酵产物中分离得到5个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为epi-10,23-dihydro-24,25-dehydroaflavinine(1)、Penitropone(2)、(3 S)-3,5-dimethyl-8-methoxy-3,4-dihydro-1 H-isochromen-6-ol(3)、(-)-massoialactone(4)和(3 R,5 R)-3-O-β-D-mannosyl-3,5-dihydroxydecanoic acid(5)。抑菌活性测试结果表明化合物(1)对金黄色葡萄球菌USA300具有抑制活性,MIC为2.0μg·mL-1。The chemical constituents of endophytic fungus Penicillium tropicum isolated from the plant Sapium ellipticum were studied.The strain is cultured on rice solid medium.The ethyl acetate extracts were isolated by column chromatography.The isolated compounds were identified by their spectroscopic data.The antibacterial activity of the compounds were tested using microdilution method.Conclusion is that five compounds have been isolated from the culture of Penicillium tropicum and their structures are elucidated as epi-10,23-dihydro-24,25-dehydroaflavinine(1),Penipropone(2),(3 S)-3,5-dimethyl-8-methoxy-3,4-dihydro-1 H-isochromen-6-ol(3),(-)-massoialactone(4)and(3 R,5 R)-3-O-β-D-mannosyl-3,5-dihydroxydecanoic acid(5).Antibacterial activity test reveals that compound(1)shows inhibitory activities against S.aureus USA300 with MIC values of 2.0μg·mL-1.
