摘 要:为了改善高速客车的动力学性能,采用稳健试验设计法对高速客车的多个关键悬挂参数进行了多目标优化。基于多体动力学软件UM,完成了高速客车模型的建立和基本参数的设置。采用变化系数的方法,得出各项动力学性能指标结果,筛选出关键悬挂参数。将关键悬挂参数进行正交试验,对试验结果进行信噪比分析,确定了优化后的参数。对优化后的参数进行验证发现:各项动力学性能指标均得到改善,悬挂参数的优化是有效的。In order to improve the dynamic performance of high-speed passenger cars,the robust test design method is adopted to optimize several key suspension parameters of high-speed passenger trains.Based on the multi-body dynamics software UM,the establishment of the high-speed train model and the setting of basic parameters are completed.Using the method of variation coefficient,the results of various dynamic performance indicators were obtained,and the key suspension parameters were selected.The key suspension parameters were subjected to orthogonal test,and the signal-to-noise ratio analysis was performed on the test results to determine the optimized parameters.The optimized parameters were verified:all the dynamic performance indexes were improved,and the optimization of the suspension parameters was effective.
