摘　　要：在新媒体环境下,高校学生的行为及思想方面发生了很大变化,同时也是建设和谐校园、推动高校发展的关键因素。对于高校来说,在开展立德树人教育工作时,应基于新媒体环境,根据高校学生的主要特征来充分开展这项教育工作,从而提高高校学生的思想素质与道德品质。本文以新媒体及其对高校学生群体的影响分析为出发点,探讨了基于新媒体环境下高校立德树人教育工作实施所面对的挑战,最后对基于新媒体环境下高校立德树人教育工作的实施途径进行了探索和研究。In the new media environment,great changes have taken place in the behavior and thinking of college students,which is also a key factor in building a harmonious campus and promoting the development of colleges and universities.For colleges and universities,when enhancing morality and fostering talents,they should fully carry out this education based on the new media environment and the main characteristics of college students,so as to improve their ideological and moral qualities.Starting with the analysis of new media and its impact on college students,this paper discusses the challenges faced by enhancing morality and fostering talents in colleges and universities based on the new media environment,and finally explores and reseaches the approach to implement it.
